Rollin’ through Philly explores COFCO’s commitment to its Philadelphia roots and what it means to embrace the mantra of, here to stay. A colorful cityscape that invites the viewer on a ride to search for treasures and gems, this artwork is an ode to the city of murals. Done in conjunction with Mural Arts Philadelphia.

Designed and painted a Tiger Lilly flower mural for the 2024 Philadelphia Flower Show theme United By Flowers: Remember To Water. Mural design was ghost printed on parachute cloth panels, painted, and adhered to plywood then installed onsite at the Convention Center in Center City Philadelphia. Done in conjunction with Mural Arts Philadelphia.

Designed and painted 2 mixed media murals located inside Lutron’s Philadelphia Offices in the Cira Centre. The first theme was based on a network of lighting and electronic symbols. The second theme was based on Philly icons and early Inventions created in Philadelphia.

PR PHILLY PRIDE

Philadelphia, Pa 2012

I was hired to design and paint a mural on North 5th street in front of GRAN Graphic Design and Signage. I received the help of several high school students from the neighborhood who were enrolled in a summer art internship program through the business. I included bright tropical colors, the “love” sculpture, the words “North Philly”, the Philadelphia skyline, the Puerto Rican flag, and a dancing conga and guitar character. I included mirror pieces to reflect passersby in the community to instill a sense of pride.

I designed and painted a hibiscus and trumpet vine themed mural which celebrates the wild nature and gardens found in Northwest Philly. The residents also cultivate hibiscus plants, flowers, and trees from clippings from Puerto Rico.
